The role encompasses overall resourcing responsibilities, driving business talent agendas, and managing compliance with policies. Strategy Overall country resourcing responsibilities in Malaysia covering all levels of hiring and across all business entities. Ensuring high standards of execution and delivery to hiring stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance and adherence to defined standards and processes. Formulate resourcing strategy to attract and onboard talents into the Bank’s businesses and operations. Using data and metrics insights to help refine approach and tactics to meet hiring mandates.

Drive business and functional people plans to deliver talent agenda to help the franchise achieve its business goals.

Ensure the resourcing processes, policies and standards are in compliance.

Risk Management
Ensure adherence to the Bank’s defined risk management frameworks.
