A leading pharmaceutical company in Malaysia is seeking a Head, Performance & Reward to develop and lead the compensation strategy. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in a senior role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team. This position can be based in Klang or Bangi.
Develop and lead the overall performance and compensation and benefits strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives and competitive market practices.
Design and implement innovative compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and others.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance and expertise on performance and compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.
Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
