art facilities including an AI Gym, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and External Counter Pulsation (ECP) therapy, offering our clients wellness and recovery services.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Wellness to lead and manage our Wellness Department. This role requires a business-savvy leader who can drive operational excellence, grow our customer base through strategic marketing, and deliver exceptional wellness experiences across our AI Gym, Hyperbaric, and ECP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Department including AI Gym, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and ECP therapy services
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all wellness services
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• Create and execute social media marketing strategies to attract and engage customers
• Develop promotional campaigns and wellness packages to drive revenue growth
• Create compelling content showcasing the benefits of AI Gym, Hyperbaric, and ECP therapies
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all wellness services
• Develop customer retention and loyalty programs
• Handle customer feedback and implement service improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their wellness needs
• Manage departmental budget and achieve revenue targets
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
• Develop pricing strategies for wellness services and packages
• Prepare regular reports on department performance and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a wellness centre, gym, or similar health facility. Strong business acumen with ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital customer acquisition
• Demonstrated track record of successfully growing a wellness business
• Strong understanding of fitness, wellness, and recovery modalities
