Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bus Terminal and Taxi Queue Management System.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system performance and upgrades.
• Lead and supervise terminal operations staff and outsourced service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
