Role and Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy across multiple APAC markets, collaborating closely with the board and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead and manage the APAC Talent Acquisition team of approximately 10 to 12 members, driving sales performance and consistently meeting KPIs.
  • Implement and optimize modern talent acquisition tools and systems, including a new or enhanced ATS, to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Build and sustain credible, high-level relationships with stakeholders across the APAC board.
  • Represent APAC at the global board level, ensuring regional TA strategies align with global objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies across multiple markets, focusing on competitive industry positioning.
  • Provide leadership in training and development initiatives to strengthen TA team capabilities.
