Head of Support-Partnership & PRS Department

The incumbent will drive strategic leadership and operational excellence in PRS support, ensuring seamless service delivery across the region. Lead and inspire high‑performing teams to elevate customer experience and optimize support processes in a dynamic environment.

Position Responsibilities
  • Operational and Back‑Office Support: oversee partner onboarding processes, maintain and update partner records, and ensure timely execution of fund listings, pricing updates, and operational changes across platforms.
  • Due Diligence and Compliance Coordination: lead preparation and submission of due diligence materials, collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams, and track and manage partner audits, reviews, and information requests.
  • Campaign and Initiative Execution: support planning and rollout of marketing and sales campaigns with distribution partners, coordinate internal resources, and monitor campaign effectiveness with post‑campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Process Improvement and Stakeholder Engagement: identify and implement process enhancements, serve as a key liaison between internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) and external partners, and provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or partnership operations.
  • Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, distribution channels, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in managing due diligence processes and operational workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; experience with workflow tools is a plus.
