Job summary

A leading supplier company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Team Leader. In this role, you will manage the SQE team, oversee supplier quality management, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in quality functions, a strong background in PCB and electronics manufacturing, and proficiency in Mandarin and English. This position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and will involve travel to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of quality or supplier quality experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in the PCB / CCL / electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team.
• Establish and improve supplier quality management systems.
