Head of Section, Mobile Truck Services

Department / Division: Mobile Services Operations / Operations

Job Summary
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Mobile Truck Services Section to ensure vehicle inspections meet established standards, deliver excellent customer service, and comply with legal and company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, acts, standards, and ISO requirements adopted by the company and relevant authorities.
  • Manage and supervise resource planning and overall MTS operational activities.
  • Monitor MTS management expenditures in line with the annual management plan.
  • Ensure the section achieves the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
  • Provide quality service to customers and manage complaints in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and collaborate with other divisions, departments, or sections to resolve issues and improve MTS operations.
  • Prepare reports and summaries regarding the development of project or operational status or any incidents or occurrences within the section for monthly basis or whenever required.
  • Build and sustain good relations with authorities, customers, associations, and relevant business partners.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing teams, especially in logistic management, fleet management, vehicle inspection operation or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated workforce leadership & problem‑solving skill in team management.
  • Strong understanding and compliance with the company’s quality and regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Proven experience handling nationwide mobile truck operations, including scheduling, deployment, and maintenance of multiple trucks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Mobile Truck Services operation, lead team & drive performance.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and relevant operational systems.
