Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance tracking, motivating to drive team effectiveness.
  • Develop annual sales plans, break down targets, and monitor execution to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Focus on expanding key client resources such as e‑commerce sellers and manufacturing enterprises and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Assist in optimizing local product adaptation (e.g., language, tax compliance, etc.) and plan local branding activities.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of B2B sales management experience, with at least 3 years in sales or business development (experience in e‑commerce, ERP industry, FMCG, home furnishing, or IT industry is preferred).
  • Proficient in Mandarin, fluent in English, capable of daily and business communication (Malay language proficiency is a plus). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Excellent team leadership skills, market analysis insight, high resilience and adaptability.
