Head of Sales & Marketing - Footwear Product
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Leader to oversee our Sales & Marketing, and Business Development departments. This senior role is responsible for aligning all commercial activities to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and expand partnerships, especially in the Health Footwear.
This leader will work closely with the General Manager and Director to ensure integrated strategies across sales, marketing, and business outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Monitor performance and ensure cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Prepare and present strategic reports to management on sales, marketing ROI and partnership development.
- Oversee in‑house sales, roadshows and customer service excellence.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure a consistent and effective customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Guide the marketing team in planning and executing online and offline campaigns.
- Approve social media content, ads and promotional materials to ensure brand alignment.
- Drive digital engagement, lead generation and market analysis for strategic decisions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate sales and partnerships.
- Lead engagement with doctors, physiotherapists and rehab centres to build referral networks.
- Represent the company in key business meetings, health expos and industry events.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing or business development with a leadership role.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, retail or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication and team leadership skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay.
- Willing to travel frequently and work during events/weekends if required.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM and sales analytics is a plus.
