Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire Sales & Marketing of an international school, to produce Annual Sales Plan and budgets.
  • Plan and budget all sales and marketing activities, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly plan and activities.
  • Monitor and guide all sales staff to ensure achievement of Sales KPIs, including the preparation of sales staff KPIs for the entire year.
  • Manage and motivate all sales staff, including counselling staff with poor performance, to provide staff performance improvement plan.
  • To conduct relevant market research to determine target market and propose new products.
  • To implement effective social media campaigns within the budget approved.
  • To help maintain college website and ensure all sales kit and marketing collaterals are well organized.
  • To work during weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Undertake and performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum of five years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience working in an international school environment and a track record of managing a sales department.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated industry experience and a strong understanding of current business trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, faculty and industry partners.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving educational trends and industry requirements.
  • Effective networking skills to establish and nurture relationships with industry partners.
