Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of thermoplastic compounds' properties and processing, especially related to polyamides, polyolefins, and polyesters.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the thermoplastic polymers industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Asian market, including local dynamics and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Key responsibilities

Our factory is based in Penang, Malaysia.
