This role is responsible for improving sales conversion, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service quality throughout the customer journey. The position requires a leader who is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of building systems, coaching teams, and driving measurable performance across Sales and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Sales and Operations teams to achieve growth, efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Improve B2C sales conversion by optimizing sales processes, coaching team members, and enhancing CRM utilization.
  • Streamline operational workflows to reduce turnaround times, minimize errors, and improve process consistency.
  • Maintain high service standards throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring responsive and high-quality support.
  • Establish clear KPIs, SOPs, and performance metrics that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Technology to enhance processes, customer experience, and operational integration.
  • Lead or support strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, profitability, and system efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, affiliates, and partners to support sales and operational goals.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on ownership, discipline, and service excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2C sales and operations, preferably within education, training, or service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated success in improving sales conversion and delivering high customer service standards.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to structure, coach, and develop teams.
  • Experience in sales process design, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
