Job description

CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre‑owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life‑cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia’s Future?

The Head of Remarketing Sales leads CompAsia’s B2B device remarketing business — driving sales revenue, GP optimization, and inventory monetization across all remarketing channels. The role is accountable for managing the dealer network, developing strategic partnerships, optimizing stock velocity, and aligning with Retail, Online, and Renew & Go teams to ensure a seamless and profitable flow of devices across channels.

This position requires a commercially driven leader with strong analytical and relationship management skills who can translate market demand into profitable sales execution.

Drive remarketing sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and GP targets.

Expand and strengthen the local dealer network while identifying new B2B and international partners.

Manage bulk trade sales, pricing negotiations, and deal structures to maximize profitability.

Develop and execute new remarketing programs for high‑velocity product categories (smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables).

Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors to secure competitive buyback offers and reliable volume absorption.

Establish dealer performance scorecards to track and optimize buy frequency, credit terms, and payment behavior.

Lead engagement initiatives and loyalty programs to improve dealer retention and compliance.

Continuously monitor market prices, competitor activities, and cost structures to sustain optimal GP margins.

Work closely with Finance and Operations to tighten credit control and payment cycles.

Improve deal turnaround times and minimize loss from aged or depreciating inventory.

Lead a team of remarketing sales executives and coordinators with clear KPIs and development plans.

Collaborate with Retail, E‑commerce, Renew & Go, and Operations teams to ensure channel balance and prevent cannibalization.

Present monthly performance reviews and forecasts to management and Group HQ.

What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in B2B device trading, remarketing, or telecom/electronics distribution.

Proven track record in sales leadership, dealer management, and achieving revenue/GP targets.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills with financial acumen.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
