Position Overview

The Head of Sales is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization to achieve business growth and revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, driving high-performing sales execution, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across the team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who combines strong strategic acumen with hands‑on management and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and revenue goals.
  • Forecast sales performance and set achievable yet ambitious targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive sustainable growth.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales management team and representatives to deliver consistent results.
  • Establish a high-performance culture through clear goal‑setting, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the sales organization.

Sales Operations & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure healthy pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and optimize lead quality and conversion.

Client & Market Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and provide strategic feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategy.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to ensure business alignment.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and decision‑making.

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
