Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.

Own the P&L for the sales division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and new customer segments.

Drive high-value deals and strategic partnerships, negotiating complex contracts with enterprise clients.

Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams (inside sales, field sales, account management, and business development).

Foster a culture of accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement.

Set clear KPIs, implement incentive structures, and ensure team alignment with company objectives.

Recruit, retain, and develop top sales talent, building a pipeline of future leaders.

3. Sales Operations & Process Excellence

Design and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies (CRM, forecasting, automation) to maximize efficiency.

Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management for executive stakeholders.

Build and maintain C-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Drive customer retention and expansion strategies, ensuring high lifetime value (LTV).

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to keep the sales approach ahead of the curve.

Champion new sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, challenger sales, account-based sales).

Experiment with new sales channels (e.g., partnerships, digital sales, inside sales models).

Provide product and pricing feedback to leadership based on market demand.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least Diploma level or related field.
