• Minimum of 20 years of finance experience in a Shared Service Centre managing finance/accounting teams.
• Experience with IFRS or US GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and audit processes.
• Demonstrated resilience, agility, and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume Record-to-Report (RTR) activities ensuring financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with Country Finance teams and auditors to support audit readiness.
• Oversee workforce management planning for the RTR function.
