Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and supervise the product development team, ensuring good performance and providing direction and support.

  • Manage and allocate team resources to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

  • Recruit new team members as needed to strengthen technical capabilities.

  • Track department KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Prepare and present reports with insights, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders.

  • Set long-term direction for product development across various business segments.

  • Communicate technical knowledge and innovations to customers in support of business development.

  • Ensure product development aligns with commercial and cost considerations.

  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up new products for full production.

  • Coordinate information-sharing with related teams and associated entities.


Key Requirements
