1. Quality System Construction and Maintenance
- Establish, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations (e.g., IATF16949).
- Plan and conduct internal audits and management reviews; identify systemic issues and lead corrective and preventive actions.
2. Quality Standard Development and Implementation
- Develop, review, and update product/service quality standards and inspection specifications.
- Ensure all production and service activities comply with defined quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
3. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
- Oversee quality control processes, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections to prevent non-conformities.
- Analyze quality performance data using tools such as SPC; identify root causes and lead PDCA-based improvement initiatives.
4. Supplier Quality Management
- Collaborate with procurement to evaluate and qualify suppliers according to company standards.
- Conduct supplier audits, monitor performance, and drive ongoing supplier quality improvements.
5. Quality Team Management
- Lead, train, and develop the quality team to strengthen technical expertise and operational efficiency.
- Set clear objectives, assign responsibilities effectively, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., IATF16949) and quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC).
- Industry-specific experience (automotive, manufacturing, or related) is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in quality tools/methods: APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, Control Plan (CP), SPC, and PDCA cycle.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, data analysis, and problem‑solving methodologies.
Communication & Leadership:
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage quality improvement projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to achieve quality objectives.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing) to communicate effectively with international clients and partners.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be a bonus.
