Job summary

City University Malaysia invites applications for the role of Lecturer cum Head of Programme (Psychology). The appointee will lead programme management, oversee curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.

You will deliver lectures and assessments, supervise students, review materials, support research and industry engagement, and contribute to faculty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Psychology or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and/or programme management experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of MQA standards and accreditation processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Research and publication experience will be an added advantage.
• Registration with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
