Job description

• Responsible for the planning, organizing and controlling of the production plan and operation
• Establish and maintain procedures to a) ensure to follow the CGMP. b) ensure for inventory and assets such as tools, supplies, equipment, b) replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner and c) to control the waste (product rejection/online rejection).
• Author, lead or adopt new open source technologies to the organization
• Manage internal stakeholder (plant and HQ) and relationship through regular daily and monthly meetings. Liaising with other departments and supervising the team members
• Participate in devolving and administrative capital ad major production budget (Opex and Capex).
• Involve and approve the product costing as per the standard manpower utilization and overhead utilized for products.
• Responsible to own the development and adoption of upgrade government regulation related to the GMP and safety audits and inspection.
• Manage the resources within pre-defined budget and timelines, like Opex/Capex, manpower and utilities and staff augmentation and adapt budget accordingly based changing company priorities
• Responsible for reports submission such as KPI, Supply vs. Commit, Commit vs. Demand
• Responsible to monitor and maintain optimum operation level of machine/equipment, monitoring productivity and improving this where necessary.
• Responsible to develop and adoption of continuous improvement project (OEE/lean management /TPM/ etc.)
• Checking that the manufacturing process meets all quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Installation & Equipment Qualifications - Ensure successful Design, Equipment, Installation, Operational and Performance qualification on equipment & facilities.
• Manage day to day operation of multidisciplinary project to ensure performance within the agreed timelines, budget and accordingly to the required specification
• Supervise and monitor performance of production team members and lead the project.
• Coordinate the activities within the manufacturing and quality department to manage the production schedule ensuring the highest quality standards and safety issues.
• Communicate with all relevant inter company contacts; provide adequate information, consult the appropriate persons in case of problem and contribute to the decision-making process
• Set up and mange to keep UpToDate the production files in accordance with the company SOP’s and polices and CGMP in such way that any relevant information can be presented promptly during internal or external audit.
• Manage the product plan and provide creative and solution on problem to chive the targets
• Monitors time & action calendars, communicate upcoming due dates and follow up on key deliverables.
