XIANTAI CONSTRUCTION AND DOOR SOLUTION SDN. BHD.

We are a newly established precision fire door factory, and we are seeking a hands‑on Head of Production to lead factory activities and ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality production output.

About the role

Supervise daily machinery operations in the factory.

Allocate manpower and monitor workflow to ensure on‑time delivery.

Ensure products meet drawing specifications, dimensional tolerances, and quality system requirements.

Implement 6S onsite management and safety standards.

Train and guide operators and welders to execute best practices and standard operating procedures (SOP).

Track production efficiency, reduce scrap and rework, and improve overall effectiveness.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and measuring equipment.

Prepare daily production reports and support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in process improvements and promptly resolve production issues.

Work closely with the quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.

Familiar with precision machining product processes and well‑versed in ISO 9001 system operations.

Possess professional knowledge in production management.

Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Able to communicate fluently in Chinese, English, and Malay, and effectively communicate with customers in Chinese.

• Minimum 5 years of experience is preferred. However, applicants who possess less experience may be considered for placement in a Junior role.
