We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Product Merchandising leader to drive Montigo’s product direction and assortment strategy across key categories – Hydration, Coffee & Tea, and Active range. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will shape the brand’s product roadmap, influence design and development priorities, and ensure commercial success across channels.
This is a high‑visibility role suited for someone with deep merchandising expertise, strong cross‑functional leadership, and a passion for scaling consumer brands in a regional context.
Build and execute Montigo’s overall product merchandising strategy to drive growth and profitability.
Lead seasonal and annual product planning, assortment architecture, and lifecycle management across categories.
Partner closely with Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between product direction and brand vision.
Brand & Assortment DirectionDeliver cohesive product stories that reinforce Montigo’s brand identity and consumer relevance.
Define hero products, anchor ranges, and category balance to optimize commercial performance and brand equity.
Provide leadership in product flow, colour direction, and storytelling for internal and external stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Brand & Retail Operations teams to ensure timely launches and category readiness.
Present assortment strategy and product narratives to key partners, distributors, and cross‑functional teams.
Align product roadmap with business objectives, consumer insights, and market data.
Build deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Translate insights into product opportunities and assortment decisions that strengthen Montigo’s positioning in the market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.
15+ years of merchandising experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail brands, with regional exposure preferred.
Proven track record in assortment planning, category strategy, and cross‑functional product launches.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance brand integrity with sales performance.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
