Responsibilities

- Quality assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality controls, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
- Logistics and inventory: Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Operational management: Oversee the overall workflow of the pastry section, manage waste, and ensure efficient production for delivery to various outlets.
- Menu and cost control: Contribute to menu planning and pricing, and manage the pastry department's budget effectively.
