What is your mission?

  • Establish and maintain client relationships including client communication, report delivery, project management, and strategy development.
  • Determine current accounts’ organic growth areas and capitalize on opportunities by coordinating with Operations and Support leaders.
  • Develop plans and strategies as per organization’s marketing direction in order to form strategic thinking that is consumer centric.
  • Identify new opportunities for the organization to partner with.
  • Work with the Project Management team in implementing new programs or new business for an existing program.
  • Lead business strategy and opportunity related client consultation.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
  • Preferably with 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail.
  • Possesses a great sense of urgency and the ability to follow through.
  • Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
