Responsibilities
  • Lead overall outlet operations with 8+ years of F&B retail experience, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement systems that elevate customer satisfaction, service speed, and hygiene across all outlets.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality, and consistency.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing managers, area managers, and outlet crew.
  • Establish a structured training academy, ongoing development programs, and performance-based incentive frameworks.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, driving revenue through service excellence, local store marketing, and cost optimisation.
  • Reduce overheads by optimising labour planning, improving logistics efficiency, and minimising wastage.
  • Lead expansion initiatives, including the operational roll-out of new outlets and Joint Ventures (e.g., Drive‑Thru and new store formats).
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in F&B retail operations, overseeing multi‑outlet or multi‑region portfolios.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational systems that enhance customer experience and service quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and developing large teams, including managers and area managers.
  • Hands‑on experience managing P&L, improving profitability, and optimising labour, logistics, and waste.
  • A track record of driving store growth, launching new outlets, and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
