Head of Operation Division – Manager
- Lead, direct and communicate with Operation Division Team (Design, Contract & Procurement, Project Team)
- Manage and control the time, cost, quality and risks according to each project as stipulated in the client's contract.
- Manage sub-contractors in terms of work progress, performance, delivery and other aspects available.
- Generate Project Management documents from initial stage till the end following ISO Standards.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, and all that are required.
- Verify all subcontractors claims as per regulations from the finance department.
- Liaise closely with consultants and clients to solve any issues that arise.
- Ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, works instruction and others.
- Coach and counsel the project members to enhance the work performance.
- Liaise closely with Contract Department in terms of budgeting, pricing to ensure the implementation is within the budget.
- Assist and provide feedback to the Contract Department in terms of supplier’s pricing, recommending the selection of supplier and evaluate their performances.
Requirements
- At least having a Degree in Civil Engineering or other courses relevant.
- Computer literate in industry and related software ie. Microsoft, Google Workspace, AutoCAD.
- Solid working experience with minimum 5 years in Project Manager Role with proven track record of completing projects within budget, time and quality achievement.
- Familiar with ISO: 9001:2015.
- Possess a strong leadership skill, problem solving, communication skill, result oriented, bold personality and able to meet deadlines.
