Job description

To monitor overall operation compliance with the company's rules, policies and procedures.

To monitor receive incoming orders and collect stocks from supplier warehouse based on requirement.

Coordinate closely and work together with logistics provider to improve delivery service as per company policy / SOP.

Ensure full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health laws, regulations, and company safety policies.

Ensure all operational processes comply with food safety and quality (HACCP) standards.

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement warehouse repairs and cleanliness.

To monitor pest control activities on schedule.

To oversee procurement activities related to warehouse operations, logistics services, transportation, prepare and present regular operational reports or Board and Management papers as when required.

Provide leadership and direction to subordinates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, operation management, or related field.
• Practical experience in handling workplace safety and health programs, and HACCP development, implementation, monitoring and audits will be an advantage.
• Excellent command in Bahasa Malaysia and English language, both in written and spoken.
• Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting purpose.
• Ability to manage all aspects of the operation, from raw materials to product delivery to customers.
• Ability to create strategies by analyzing information and processes and present their findings.
• Requires an understanding of accounting and legal documents.
