Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of Account Managers.

  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of account managers.
  • Strong funnel management for account team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that broadens account coverage and ensures strong presence.
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
  • Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships to gather market insights and build industry intelligence.
  • Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Develop your account team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Relevant years of work experience in sales, management, and key account management.
  • People management skills – an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated and self‑directed, with excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
