Head of Marketing

Metropoint College is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand transformation and digital growth initiatives. This is a key leadership role focused on building a strong brand presence, driving student recruitment, and positioning the College competitively in the higher education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategy aligned with enrolment goals.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across social media, search, display, video, and content platforms.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and journey mapping to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage performance marketing: campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms; optimise funnels, retargeting, and conversion strategies; monitor lead quality, CPL, CPA, and enrolment metrics; oversee the College website for optimal user experience and lead generation; lead SEO/SEM efforts and manage CRM workflows and automation tools.
  • Define and maintain brand identity across all channels; lead content creation including videos, student stories, and digital creatives; ensure messaging aligns with the College’s value proposition; set up dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign performance and use analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Student Recruitment, Admissions, Academic teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment across departments.
Requirements
