We represent a well-known client in the hospitality industry, seeking a Head of Marketing for their Theme Park Division based in Sungai Long, Kajang.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and positioning Monkey Canopy as a premier family-friendly destination.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI through data-driven planning and campaign performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, F&B, events) to create integrated marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience and promote attractions, dining, and accommodations.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Represent the brand at key events, partnerships, and media opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
  • At least a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or leisure industry is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of traditional marketing and branding.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
