Overview

GRVT is a self-custodial exchange and on-chain investing network that gives everyone access to elite trading tools and hedge-fund-grade strategies. Today, users can trade perpetuals and invest in proven traders’ strategies; tomorrow, they’ll do the same with spot, options, and RWAs. Our mission is to build the most powerful self-custodial exchange in the world — one that merges performance, transparency, and trust.

Team Overview

The Marketing team at GRVT tells the story of how perpetuals trading is being built on-chain along with our expansion strategy into spot, options and an investment network. We are responsible for building awareness, engagement, and loyalty across traders, investors, and institutions. We combine brand, growth, and community into a unified marketing engine - one that’s as data-driven as it is creative.

You’ll partner closely with the Product, Growth, BD, and Design teams to craft the GRVT narrative and deliver measurable growth across all our markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision and execute a cohesive global marketing strategy that spans brand, growth, content, and partnerships.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by building multi-channel campaigns across traditional media, social media and influencer activations.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts for major product launches, exchange features, and new market entries.
  • Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring excellence across creative, growth, and community functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Design to ensure marketing strategy aligns with business goals and product roadmap.
  • Oversee growth and performance marketing - from paid acquisition and SEO to funnel optimization and lifecycle marketing.
  • Establish a data-driven culture, tracking metrics like CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention to measure impact and ROI.
  • Manage the global marketing budget and report regularly on performance to the executive team.
Job Requirements
  • Crypto Native: You understand the space, speak the language, and believe in self-custody as the future of finance.
  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto company.
  • Proven success in scaling marketing efforts and driving measurable user growth.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing, performance campaigns, and funnel optimization.
  • Skilled in analytics, experimentation, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to work across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at an exchange or trading-focused fintech company.
  • Experience launching products across APAC and emerging markets.
