Job description
Overview
  • Participate in the formulation of long term portfolio strategies to maximize shareholders value.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies with effective consumer centric marketing mix for the portfolio.
  • Lead brand building, impactful innovation based on solid consumers and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, sales, supply chain and finance to ensure an effective and efficient ‘Idea to Launch’ process.
  • Manage product pricing and brand essence and positioning in line with overall portfolio strategies.
  • Optimize effectiveness of consumer engagement and communication, leveraging evolving AI and the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Manage trade marketing activities in collaboration with the Channel teams.
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI across campaigns and channels.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team with expertise in brand, trade, and digital marketing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and retail stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
