Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in Capital Management
• In-depth knowledge of Bank Negara Malaysia's Basel guidelines
• Ability to conduct capital adequacy stress tests
• Proven track record in strategic analysis

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for liquidity and capital management functions
• Develop strategies to optimize capital positions, LCR, and NSFR
• Lead assessments of operational risk on capital requirements
• Act as primary contact for BNM on liquidity and capital reporting
• Simulate effects of new products on liquidity and capital frameworks
