Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of IT & Lead Analyst to lead our technology roadmap, infrastructure, and data optimization initiatives. This is a leadership role for a local candidate with 15+ years in IT and systems architecture, who can bridge operations, innovation, and business intelligence. You’ll oversee IT strategy, manage digital transformation, and guide the team in delivering secure, scalable, and data-driven systems that support our agency’s growth and clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the long-term IT and data architecture roadmap
• Oversee digital transformation, system modernization, and security protocols
• Provide leadership in infrastructure design, software lifecycle management, and business continuity planning

System Development & Optimization

• Lead internal and client-side application development using Laravel, PHP, Java, and WordPress
• Oversee database management, system integrations, and backend efficiency improvements
• Drive AI implementation and automation across tools and workflows

Data Analytics & Intelligence

• Develop and optimize dashboards, reporting structures, and analytics pipelines
• Translate complex datasets into business insights and predictive models
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms

Infrastructure & Risk Management

• Maintain robust IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and cybersecurity
• Identify technology risks and create mitigation plans

Team Management & Collaboration
