Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related.

• Experience with ERP & Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Deployment.
• Knowledge of Industrial Automation & Smart Manufacturing Solutions.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 Technologies such as IoT and AI.

Job description

Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Oversee the end-to-end IT infrastructure setup, cybersecurity framework, and system integrations for the new manufacturing plant.

Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, Big Data Analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions, to improve production efficiency and automation.

Ensure robust enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead digital transformation initiatives across the company, integrating ERP, MES, and advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining high-performance IT operations.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and technology partners.

Ensure the seamless operation of IT systems, networks, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity protocols to minimize downtime and operational risks.

Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering innovation and a high-performance culture.

Implement best practices in IT service management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
