Role Overview

The Head of IT & Digitalization is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, IT operations, and digital transformation roadmap. This includes driving enterprise-wide ERP implementation, overseeing digital solutions, and ensuring technology enables business growth and operational excellence. The role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and proven experience in managing cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the IT & digitalization strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Champion digital transformation across business units, regions, and functions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen competitive advantage.
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementation (design, deployment, integration, change management, and optimization).
  • Ensure ERP and enterprise systems (CRM, HRMS, SCM, etc.) are adopted successfully across regions.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into system functionalities.
  • Act as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders from other countries.
  • Lead change management and drive adoption of new systems across different regions and cultures.
  • Manage vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure effective delivery.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing IT & digital team.
  • Develop IT budget and monitor ROI on technology investments.
  • Define IT policies, processes, and governance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including ERP implementation (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in digital transformation projects and stakeholder management across multiple functions and countries, preferably from manufacturing background.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Fast pace working environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and large-scale IT project delivery.
