Leads an organization's sustainability strategy (Environmental, Social, Governance) and manages how it's communicated internally and externally, bridging leadership, stakeholders, media, and employees to build reputation, ensure compliance, and drive change, often reporting to top management. Develop ESG reports, craft compelling narratives, and align all communication with the company's core values and goals.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Sustainability.
• Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, climate risk, diversity, and governance.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex reporting requirements and work cross-functionally with senior leaders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Crafting and implementing the overall ESG strategy, integrating it with business objectives.
• Reporting & Disclosure: Overseeing sustainability reporting (e.g., TCFD, GRI) and ensuring transparency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with investors, regulators, media, customers, and employees.
• Risk & Reputation Management: Managing ESG-related risks and protecting the company's image.
