Head of Enterprise Business & Innoco Marcomm

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Enterprise Business & Innoco Marcomm with deep expertise in the telecommunications industry and a strong specialization in Enterprise Business Solutions and tech solutions.

The ideal candidate brings not only proven industry expertise but also an intrapreneurial mindset, a builder and innovator who thrives on creating new growth opportunities, driving transformation, and ensuring our enterprise business is positioned as a market leader in next-generation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end Marcomm strategies to position the company as the partner of choice for SMEs, large enterprises, and TechCo innovation.
  • Craft differentiated messaging frameworks for enterprise verticals (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, finance, government).
  • Shape and champion the TechCo narrative around 5G-enabled solutions, IoT, AI, and digital transformation use cases.
  • Fairly well versed with government stakeholders and digital nation building initiatives

Enterprise & Innoco Business Growth Enablement

  • Partner with Enterprise Business & Innoco Unit leaders to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design integrated campaigns that highlight ROI-driven solutions for SMEs, corporate accounts, and large enterprise clients.
  • Develop thought leadership content, whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports to strengthen credibility and influence.

Brand & Communications Excellence

  • Lead the Enterprise Marcomm team in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR, events, B2B activations).
  • Manage and grow executive visibility programs (CEO/CTO profiling, keynote opportunities, LinkedIn leadership presence).
  • Build ecosystem partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and technology alliances to amplify messaging

Innovation & Intrapreneurship

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative marketing approaches to support TechCo ventures and 5G commercialization.
  • Introduce new Marcomm models, pilot test campaigns, and scale successful initiatives for market leadership.
  • Foster a start-up mindset within the team, encouraging experimentation, agility, and bold thinking.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Enterprise Solutions, Technology & Innovation teams to ensure aligned storytelling and go-to-market strategies.
  • Act as the voice of the enterprise customer within marketing, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven and customer-centric.
  • Provide marketing performance dashboards and actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, with a strong background in telecommunications, enterprise ICT solutions, or TechCo-related industries.
  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing for SMEs, large enterprises, and government/industry verticals.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling TechCo/5G-enabled solutions in the market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong network across media, industry associations, and enterprise ecosystems.
