Job summary

A management services firm is seeking a Head of Facilities Management (Data Center) in Kuala Lumpur. The role entails ensuring safety compliance, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating safety training for staff. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a shopping mall environment. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, and certification in Safety & Health will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in shopping mall or related field.
• Attended Safety & Health Officer Course (SHO) and passed examination is an advantage.
• Experience in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement safety SOP and risk assessments.
• Monitor compliance of ISO systems at the mall.
• Conduct safety trainings and emergency response drills.
• Verify safety routines are followed according to mall regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise internal and external parties.
