A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Technology and at least 10 years of relevant experience are essential. Candidates must also have knowledge of food safety standards and excellent problem-solving skills to enhance production processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experience in dairy/milk food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling food safety standards & certifications (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, MESTI).
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate production issues and suggest process improvements.
• Implement and control the production schedule with maximum efficiency.
• Ensure product meets quality standards.
• Develop budget and maintain expenses within budget.
