Job summary

Fintech News in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior Collections Manager to lead a team of collectors, develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies, and optimize collections performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.

You will collaborate with customer service, sales, and credit teams to streamline processes, monitor metrics, and deliver actionable insights to management through regular reporting and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in collections management.
• Strong knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective collections strategies.
