Nexus is located in Putrajaya - one of the larger suburbs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Established in 2008 as part of the Taylor’s Education Group, we currently enrol 750 students from Early Years to Year 13 who learn through the IPC, IGCSE and IBDP curricula. The student population is made up of over 30 different nationalities giving our school a truly global character. This includes over 100 boarders representing living in our purpose built boarding house. A commitment to providing a ‘home away from home’ for an international group of young people where they can flourish academically and personally is essential.

What you will do:

Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our boarding houses.

Champion student welfare, mental health, and safeguarding compliance.

Manage, mentor, and build a cohesive team of residential staff.

Partner closely with parents to support individual student growth.

What we are looking for

Residential school experience in a leadership role.

Deep knowledge of best practice in pastoral care frameworks and safeguarding

Adaptability, warmth, and excellent communication skills.
