Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields; Doctorate advantageous.
  • 10+ years experience in labor economics, research, or policy advocacy.
  • 5+ years in leadership role.
  • Strong background in economic research and labor market analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as R, Python, Stata, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement MEF's research and big data strategy.
  • Oversee economic and policy research.
  • Lead a team of researchers and data professionals.
  • Represent MEF in government and industry dialogues.
  • Manage large datasets ensuring data governance.
