A leading digital voucher service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute the B2B sales and partnership strategy. The role includes managing a corporate sales team, ensuring performance, and building long-term relationships with various corporate partners. Ideal candidates should have experience in B2B sales within the digital or mobile coupon space.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the B2B sales and partnership strategy.
  • Lead and manage the corporate sales team, ensuring strong performance and revenue growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, banks, telcos, FMCG, airlines, and government partners.
  • Oversee merchant acquisition and engagement for the corporate voucher program.
  • Design and implement incentive, loyalty, and employee gifting solutions tailored for business clients.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create customized digital voucher campaigns.
  • Manage the B2B P&L, setting clear revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue regional partnership opportunities for co-marketing and white-label solutions.
  • Represent the company in industry events, corporate briefings, and government collaborations.
