Job summary

Tenby Schools SEP, Malaysia, is seeking a Head of Art to lead the Secondary International Section and elevate Art education to the next level. The role prioritizes student wellbeing, collaborative leadership, and strong teaching practice across KS3–KS5, with a passion for safeguarding and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will drive curriculum development, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of high expectations and exceptional learning experiences for a diverse student

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field and teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
• Experience in middle or senior leadership with deep understanding of Art at IGCSE and/or A-Level.
• Experience teaching Art at Key Stage 3, 4 and 5.
• Strong communicator and leadership mindset.
• Committed to safeguarding and creating an inclusive learning environment.
