Our client, alarge infrastructure corporation is looking for a person for the role of Head, Integrity & Governance.

This position will be reporting to the President and Group Chief Executive Officer.

Job Purpose:

Strategize, develop, control and evaluate adherence to integrity policies, procedures and guidelines, among internal staff and external parties to ensure compliance to the organization’s system, procedures, rules & regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, plan and control integrity awareness plans among the organization and ensure compliance to the systems, procedures and policies.
  • Check and verify information regarding corruption from the sources through an available channel which is effective, secured and trustworthy and manage complaint / information receive through Complaint Management System (manual / online) ensuring the sources are protected under Whistle-blower Protection Act.
  • Prepare a summary report to be submitted to relevant enforcement agencies or to Industrial Relation Unit if necessary and monitor the progress of the ongoing investigation.
  • Strategize, develop and implement the Integrity framework and ensure it is effective to raise the level of integrity among the staff to avoid corruption and implement enhancement to eliminate any weaknesses in the current framework.
  • Responsible for identifying weaknesses in existing systems, procedures and regulations and close the opportunities for matters that will affect integrity through empowering governance, internal control mechanisms including updating the complaint and feedback systems.
