About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resource & Administration to provide strategic leadership for the entire spectrum of HR and Admin functions across our group. This pivotal role is responsible for driving key people initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and organizational development, while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.

Strategic HR & Manpower Planning
  • Develop and manage the manpower budget and plan to meet the company's current and future human resource needs.
  • Conduct periodic manpower analysis and audits to determine requirements and provide actionable reports to management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition review and job specification preparation to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage succession planning, promotions, career counseling, and deployment.
Training & Development
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend training and development programs to address staff skill gaps.
  • Conduct induction briefings for new hires and manage the corporate training budget.
Performance & Policies
  • Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), including staff briefings and annual review cycles.
  • Prepare summary reports for management approval on yearly increments and bonuses.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate all HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook.
Staff Welfare & Discipline
  • Develop and monitor staff welfare, sports, and recreation programs.
  • Provide guidance on staff grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct investigations and domestic inquiries in compliance with company policy and labor legislation.
Organizational Development
  • Maintain and update the company's organizational profile, including charts, job descriptions, and employee profiles.
Administration
  • Manage company assets, office equipment, and procurement of supplies.
  • Oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring all insurances, taxes, and licenses are up-to-date.
  • Establish and implement administrative processes for purchasing, inventory, and other office functions.
  • Propose and implement policies to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A basic degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience at a managerial level in Human Resources and Administration.
