Job summary

A luxury food and beverage group is seeking a Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to lead operations in their Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of fine dining experience, strong background in French cuisine, and proven leadership skills.
