A leading automotive service provider in Malaysia is seeking a qualified professional to manage after sales performance in their Johor branch. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the after sales team, and achieving profitability as per compliance standards. Ensure that the branch meets all our customers’ needs in accordance with the after sales CSI targets.
Responsible for the after sales performance of the branch in terms of profitability, productivity, efficiency and utilization.
Manages the after sales team to meet customers' requirements and delights customers through their experience with us.
Ensures compliance with the organization standards and other statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to all employment procedures in line with existing legislation and company policy.
